I also know that, when it comes to due       process, the difference between legal and illegal doesn't matter. The       Constitution grants that particular right to "people" and not only "citizens."              If they media you watch doesn't know the difference, or doesn't seem to       understand that difference sometimes doesn't matter, I would suggest that your       problem is not the media as a whole but the apparently poor media you are       consuming.              If I see an article I am not sure about, I will look for other sources to       see how they are reporting the incident. If one reports it much       differently than the others, I would be suspicious of it even if it is       telling me what I want to hear.                      * SLMR 2.1a * Madness takes its toll.
