   Funny story... I was in Florida at a party where their were kids... all young   
   and rambunctious... Playing buy the pool and they were loud.  One mother stood   
   up  and raised her voice, ALL the kids stopped and stood at attention while   
   she scolded them... and when she was finished that all said, at once, Yes   
   Ma'am... With their southern accents.   
      
   If you were a kid in the south acting up in public you might have a random   
   mother straighten you out!!!
