   If they are tried and found guilty, most certainly not.  If they are just   
   rounded up, before their trial date, and sent to a maximum security   
   facility with little hope of getting out... that is inhumane to anyone   
   and is why we didn't used to do that here in the USA.   
      
   Back when Obama was President, they did a drone strike on a New Mexico born   
   US citizen in Yemen.  He was executed without trial.  A lot of people,   
   especially Republicans, seemed to know that extrajudiciary actions, even   
   against *potential terrorists*, was wrong then.  Why is it OK now?   
      
   If they are really gang members or terrorists, let's try them.  If they are   
   found guilty of doing things that are bad enough, give them the chair.   
   What is wrong with this?
