   Some of it could be dementia, but I suspect most of it is him playing his   
   game and, with many of his actions, manipulating the stock market.   
      
   Lately, though, during some of his pressers and some of his other meetings,   
   he sure seems to ramble a lot (more than usual) and has to ask people to   
   repeat questions *a lot*.
