   And, hopefully, the Supreme Court will hear some cases to set some hard limits   
   there.   
      
   Part of the problem with the "checks and balances" is that the Left has pushed   
   to extend the "authority" of the gov't in ways the Constitution didn't intend.    
   And no one has pushed back yet.   
      
   Ex: Judges that legislate from the bench.   
      
   But the biggest example is that Federal agencies that have gotten, for all   
   intents and purposes, legislative power to create law.   
      
   Remember the "We have to pass the bill to see what's in it."  That was a   
   reference to the bill that gave a Federal Agency the authority to make "rules"   
   that have the force of law behind them.  The agencies are part of the Executive   
   Branch, and Executive Orders can direct those agencies to do things.   
      
   So when you talk about the "checks and balances", remember that the Elitists   
   have worked for decades to eliminate those checks and balances.   
      
   With the striking of the Chevron case, the unconsititional 4th branch of gov't   
   got checked.  But more checks are needed.
