   Here's some differences... If our spouses were to be able to prove their   
   statuses they could prove their status in the US.  If they didn't have their   
   status proof on hand their finger prints will show their status through   
   immigration.   
      
   Our spouses didn't sneak into the country.   
      
   Buddy from El Salvidor had due process.  The "Father From Maryland" had Due   
   Process.  His case was reviewed by immigration Judge and as well as   
   immigration appellate court heard his case.  Both said the State could deport   
   him and both said he was a MS13 gang member.   
      
   BTW, last night on the news the document that his wife filed for the   
   restraining order, because he kept beating her, she claims he's a gang   
   member.  And the President of El Salvidor says he's MS13.   
      
   He was also arrested several times and released back into the country...   
   Because of Sanctuary City/State laws so that he could commit more crime and   
   beat his wife more, apparently she wouldn't listen.   
      
   Maryland father had his "Due Process" and needed to be removed based on the   
   fact that he did not enter the country legally... He was a got-away and didn't   
   even sign in the last time he crossed the border.   
      
   Immigration court(s) found him deport(able).  Trump's new Executive   
   Order/Action prioritized Gang Members and violent criminals for deportation...   
   and he fell under that order as well... So, he was seen by an Immigration   
   Judge, a removal order was issued.  An appellate court heard his case and   
   upheld the removal order... And while he was in the US he broke major laws...   
      
   This is not a hill to die on...  There are other cases out there that would   
   touch your heart than this one.   
      
   BTW, again, if my wife belonged to an organization that participated in human   
   trafficking whereby they sold people, including children, into prostitution   
   and whatnot.  If she participated with an organization who was responsible for   
   trafficking drugs and whatnot into the country, among other things.  I   
   personally would have called ICE on her and I would help ICE deport her.   
      
   Here is a better story for you to fight, rather than fight for a gang member   
   who beats his wife.   
      
   Weeks back there was a raid where they captured a 1/2 dozen or so gang members   
   and in doing so checked on the statuses of the people around them.  They found   
   a woman who had been in the US illegally for the last 30 years and she had 3   
   US born children.     
      
   She was put on the next jet leaving to her country and off she went.  Because   
   she was deported she'll never be allowed back into the US... She's screwed.   
      
   In the 30 years in the US she couldn't have made herself legal? Ilhan Omar   
   married her brother to legalize (Either her status or her brother's) or even   
   the AG Of NY Letitia James married her father, on paper anyway, to commit   
   crimes.  She had options in the 30 years to correct things and she didn't...   
   And now she's enjoying herself in a tropical paradise somewhere, without her   
   babies though... Drinking rum and smoking cigars while talking to her kids on   
   Whatsap or messenger.   
      
   I saw a meme the other day that was fitting... It showed the changes of the   
   Democrat party has made in the recent past.  It took the LGBT logo and added   
   something... LGBTMS13.  The current Democrat party cares more about Gang   
   Banging non-citizens than it does about US citizens, even worse, the   
   marginalized ones.
