   Elon Musk seems pretty "elite," but somehow they don't count him as such   
   any more.  Charles Schwab also seems pretty "elite," but the fact that   
   Trump brags about making him money while manipulating the stock market also   
   doesn't seem to get him counted.  Hmmm....
