   Supreme court justices Kavanaugh and Barret both said that Roe v Wade was   
   precedent and settled law when they had their hearings, so why codify it?   
      
   I don't see abortion as a political issue, it is a matter of health care for   
   women. I don't think we need laws that block a womans right to privacy or   
   health care.

   Democrats seem to be standing for a womens right to privacy and abortion. On   
   that issue the democrats seem to be the only choice.
