   In 1994 Russia, the USA and the UK convinced Kazakhstan, Belarus and Ukraine   
   to hand over the nuclear weapons and in return get protection from these   
   countries. Maybe you also want to give out the warning that the USA don't care   
   about what negotiation results they signed. Moreover, all "soon-to-be failed
