   Joe Biden was elected to the US Senate when he was 29 years old.   
   Still too young to hold office. Please explain how he managed to   
   vote for segregation before even graduating from college or law   
   school.

   Governor Mike Foster of Louisiana made a remark to his black opponent   
   in the election that black folks live in what he called a "jungle" by   
   their own choice. Well, over a third of the voters in the state are   
   black. And they did not take too kindly by the governor's choice of   
   words. However, Joe Biden has never made that claim about anybody   
   in Louisiana. That is the difference between a white guy who owned   
   a plantation home (Mike Foster) whose grandfather had slaves as his   
   loyal subjects (Foster's grandfather owned a plantation and was also   
   a governor of Louisiana), with another white guy (Joe Biden) who never   
   owned a plantation or anybody of any color in his entire life.
