   Cloud servers are over rated. Speed is a fun issue to tackle in web   
   development, and Google is probably telling the truth about how fast pages need   
   to be, but they are certainly allowed to lie about stuff to advance their   
   monopoly - and web developers and their customers may be falling for it.
