   Trump will nominate a new justice.   
   Moscow Mitch will grant him/her a hearing,   
   and a vote. The only question being will   
   this be before, or after, the election.   
      
   Remember what Moscow Mitch did in 2016.   
   He invoked "The Biden Rule" - a rule of   
   his own creation. Said he would not allow   
   the president to seat a new justice on   
   the USSC during an election year. Why?   
   Because "the American people" had to have   
   a say. Remember, it was an election year.   
      
   Well, guess what? This is 2020. Another   
   election year. Do you think Moscow Mitch   
   is going to invoke his own made-up rule   
   in order to deny his own president the   
   right to nominate a justice to the USSC?   
      
   Not gonna happen, my man.   
      
   Moscow Mitch is a hypocrite. Just like   
   his president, and fellow Republicans.
