   The idea that just because you have some managment or executive position, then   
   you are qualified, let alone have the right, to determine peoples thoughts is   
   objectionable in the extreme.   
      
   Being a manger doesn't make you the parent, guardian or custodian over another   
   ADULT human being.  I really think a large part of the infantilisation of our   
   culture, is that people are LITERALLY treated like children well past the age   
   of 18, by things like this.  And people accept it.  Companies that engage in   
   this are not worth supporting.   
      
   Now, I can understand a "leave your politics at home" policy.  I'm OK with   
   that, because you should make sure people can work together, and you don't go   
   to work to make political statement to a trapped audience.  But that is not   
   what this is in this case.
