   Well, the RUMOR (and I stress that) is that Biden was the lesser of 2 evils   
   (the bigger one being Bernie).  The Dems want control and like the idea of   
   Socialism as a way to get that control.  But Bernie was a real Socialist.   
      
   So they got Biden to win.  But he doesn't have the nomination yet.  So, the   
   idea is that when the Convention comes, he will graciously decline due to   
   (mental) health reasons and someone (Hillary?) will "graciously" step in.   
      
   Of course, there's plenty of ammo out there against the Democrats that no   
   matter who they run, they will lose.  Maybe they want Biden to run just because   
   they know he's going to lose.
