It would have helped if he              As a huge Trump supporter, I'll say that he was weak on his corona virus       response. But to his credit, he's still making good on his campaign promises.       That's what sets him apart from the last few presidents in office. And I       can't imagine Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden doing any better than Trump's weak       response.              I can't help but to suspect that Joe Biden wants to cash in on China's scheme       to sell us medical supplies amid the outbreak.               DS> Didn't he eventually do that in essence, albeit after the disease was        DS> already here.              Unfortunately, I think either Trump or whoever calls these shots, has screwed       that up too. As far as I know, international travel is still open and       allowed, except for a few specific countries like China, UK, and Brazil. We       obviously can't stop illegal international travel, but my buddies aren't       stopping legal international travel either, despite having a good reason to       do so.              So we've still got people coming from many parts of the world coming to NY to       snap photos of the statue of liberty, and we've got stubborn Americans who       think they're immune to the virus, taking trips to Cancun, or wherever else       they wanna go.              Does the president have the power to shut it all down? Or would that       necessitate a house vote?       --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A44 2020/02/04 (Windows/64)        * Origin: Capital Station BBS * telnet://csbbs.dyndns.org * (1:267/150)       SEEN-BY: 1/123 14/0 57/0 80/1 88/0 90/1 103/705 105/81 120/340 123/131       SEEN-BY: 154/10 203/0 218/700 220/70 221/0 1 6 226/17 30 227/114 229/101       SEEN-BY: 229/424 426 700 1016 1017 240/1120 5832 249/206 317 261/38       SEEN-BY: 267/800 280/464 5003 282/464 1038 288/100 292/854 8125 301/1       SEEN-BY: 301/113 310/31 317/3 322/757 340/1000 342/200 396/45 423/120       SEEN-BY: 712/848 770/0 1 100 340 772/0 1 220 230 500 801/188 197 202       SEEN-BY: 900/100 106 108 902/6 7 25 26 27 920/1 2452/250 5058/104       PATH: 267/150 800 770/1 280/464 292/854 301/1 80/1 902/27 90/1       PATH: 229/426           |
