   Where's your evidence? You do realize non-citizens who have died

   country of origin they came from. And then, their next of kin,   
   if any can be found, is sent the bill. Assuming they can be found.   
      
   In any event, Mayor Daley is dead and no longer counts votes   
   of the dead for anybody.  So unless a dead Kennedy comes out of   
   the grave, along with another Daley to take the helm as mayor   
   of Chicago, your golden boy should be safe from dead people.
