   The first Bush never made it to a second term. The second Bush   
   was never allowed to even try to make it to a third term. Not that   
   it mattered, since he would not have been able to win anyway.   
      
   note: the 22nd amendment limits a president to serving two   
   consecutive terms.

   And was shot dead shortly into his second term.   
   The assassin, John Wilkes Booth, escaped to Mexico.   
   A few years ago, a judge ordered the body of John   
   Wilkes Booth to be exhumed (he was thought to have   
   been buried in the northeast part of the US). But   
   when the gravesite was opened, there was no body.   
   What happened to the body? It was stolen.   
      
   The same thing happened to Benito Mussolini.   
   So body snatching is not a new thing, and not   
   just among Americans.  Italians do it too.

   Roosevelt died in office shortly after winning his fourth term,   
   supposedly of a stroke. The entire nation was in shock, as everybody   
   had thought he was in perfect health. Some conspiracy theorists   
   suggest that FDR was poisoned by Winston Churchill, but no proof   
   or evidence seems to be available for analysis ...
