   the states handle it.   
      
   Is it any coincidence that most of the states that are running off the   
   chart with number of infections and hospitalizations and deaths are in   
   states with Republican governers who are following Trump's lead in what   
   to do.   
      
   One thousand plus deaths per day.  more than 160,000 deaths overall.
