I heard these insane odds then.       >       >LL>They call her "The Doc" for a reason.       >       >>I don't know if its delusion or lies to try and demotivate Republican       >>supports. And right now, the numbers are clearly showing       >LL>Trump as being the loser. It is not even close. He is so far behind       >LL>at this point that he actually wants to postpone the election so       >LL>some future unspecified date. That is what you call truly delusional.       >       >>But from what I see, some of these policies are insane.              The death penalty should be abolished. It would be a blessing if       the next administration would do away with federal executions, setting       an example for state governments to do the same. The current Trump       administration is so sick it is using a drug used by veterinarians to       put down animals in order to murder federal inmates.              >LL>Most of the Trump administration's policies are insane, if not       >LL>downright unconstitutional.       >       >>To suggest that healthcare should be available to anyone on the planet who       >> wants to walk in?              Why not? Nobody deserves to die. Even those on life row. So why       should those who cross our borders be denied access to quality health       care? There simply is no reason. Not any good reason.              >LL>Access to quality health care is the first of all human rights.       >LL>Otherwise, one might as well be dead. And I do not believe you are       >LL>wishing yourself dead.       >       >We will see what the election results are.              Will we? Donald Trump is already claiming the vote will be rigged,       and that he will refuse to acknowledge absentee votes (including mail       in ballots, which are absentee votes) cast as being legitimate.              >I don't believe that anyone should be able to walk into my country, and       > demand that I pay for their healthcare.              When a tourist from another country is visiting here and breaks       a leg (or whatever medical issue it may be), that tourist receives       all the health care he/she needs. And yet you would deny such health       care to those who travel here? Why? Other countries help Americans       who travel there, providing health care services. Go to England,       break a leg. The Brits will fix you up. Go to France, have a grand       mal seizure. The French will take very good care of you. Same in       Germany, and in other places.              We should treat ourselves the same way other countries treat us.              Yes, my friend. Everything ought to be free. I wasn't kidding       the first time I said that. And I am not kidding now.              The first of all human rights is access to quality health care.       From the moment of conception to natural death.              >I am OK with providing assistance to my fellow citizens and compatriots, but       > the world?              Where did I limit my statement to Americans? I really do believe       I was quite clear in what I wrote.              >I can't afford that, and I will not be held ransom by the state to cover       > that bill.              Yes we can. And we will. I am sure you will love it.              --Lee              --        Silence is violence!       --- MesNews/1.08.05.00-gb        * Origin: nntp://rbb.fidonet.fi - Lake Ylo - Finland (2:221/360.0)       SEEN-BY: 1/123 14/0 80/1 88/0 90/1 103/705 105/81 120/340 123/131       SEEN-BY: 154/10 203/0 218/700 221/0 1 6 360 226/30 227/114 229/101       SEEN-BY: 229/424 426 700 1016 1017 240/1120 5832 249/206 317 261/38       SEEN-BY: 280/464 5003 282/464 1038 288/100 292/854 8125 301/1 113       SEEN-BY: 310/31 317/3 322/757 342/200 396/45 423/81 120 712/848 770/1       SEEN-BY: 801/188 197 202 900/100 106 108 902/6 7 25 26 27 920/1 2452/250       SEEN-BY: 5058/104       PATH: 221/360 1 280/464 292/854 301/1 80/1 902/27 90/1 229/426           |
