   you cannot send files via *routed* netmail unless /ALL/ systems in the routing   
   path allow it... the file will get left behind on some system that does not   
   forward files to the next hop along with the netmail message...   
      
   in short, you should send all file attaches directly to the destination system   
   if you expect them to arrive...
