   - Experimental answering to incoming connections (BINKP sessions only, no   
   tossing, routing, etc). Turned off by default.   
   - Dutch translation (thanks to Rudi Timmermans)   
   - Fixed application crash when replying to echomail   
   - Removed placing messages without msgid kludge to badmail
