Stimpy65, I think you are fight a losing battle here. I don't even have to
crack a search engine here to say that
in the US. You can not and should not destroy evidence. It is not only
common sense, it is the law of the land. Has it ever happened? Sure but if
it does that's why you have lawyers who if paid enough, will get you off.

Your position sir is untenable.
