Powers delegated to the state have no relation to powers delegated to
the nation.
What Romney did as governor of a state has no bearing on how the federal
government may legitimately act.
What is most amusing is that the fact that MA was able to
constitutionally enact socialized medicine is evidence that the feds
have no such power, ref. Amendment X.
