PSION 3a SOKOBAN
================

I bought my 3a a few weeks ago. A couple of days later I discovered
the Imperial College FTP site. No Sokoban !*%$! This first version is
a fairly simple implementation written during lunch breaks and odd
moments when my wife wasn't finding me chores to do round the house.
It's loosely based on the original Unix version written by an unknown
hacker, with the levels dug out from a number of sources on the Internet.

Installation
------------

	+ Make the directory \SOK
	+ Copy SOK.FON, SOKICON.PIC, SCREEN.* to \SOK
	+ Copy SOKOBAN.OPA to the \APP directory
+ Use Psion-I to install the Sokoban application

How to Play
-----------

Just use the "man" to push the "crates" into their storage locations
without getting trapped by walls, other crates etc. There are 90
levels to keep you busy for a while.

Use the arrow keys to move the "man". Shift and an arrow key makes the
"man" run up and stop at an object (saves wear and tear on fingers and
arrow keys). Menu key gives various options. Note that exiting the game
simply saves the level you are at and not the current state of the level,
so restoring a game starts you at the beginning of the saved level.

Bugs Etc.
---------

As far as I'm aware there aren't any. On the other hand there may be,
so on your own head be it!

Distribution
------------

Go forth and multiply ie. freely distributable. However, since I've
just left the computer industry to become a poor mature student, any
contributions will be gratefully accepted and will go towards 3a
batteries for version 2 development. Version 2 will have enhanced
graphics and sound, a level editor/designer,and a few other goodies.

Have Fun,
