Description:
This is a small DOS utility for viewing Psion .PIC picture files. It will
also search other file types for embedded pictures, such as .OPA, .APP and
.GRP files.

It can view images of any size, and also access the multiple images found
in some PIC files.

This release will only work on VGA screens due to the display mode used,
which closely resembles the way the series 3 screen works, i.e. one bit
per pixel. Future releases may support other screen modes if there is any
demand for this.

syntax: PICVIEW [Filename]
where Filename is the name of the file you want to view.
if you don't specify an extention, .PIC is assumed.

Keys:
+/- Zoom in and Zoom out the display
PgUp/PgDn View the next image in the file (if any)
I Show information on the PIC file
V Toggle the Viewport size between Series 3, Series 3a and maximum.

use the cursor keys to pan and scroll around the image.
