Title: Boot Statistics for CS/2000 Are Not Updated on the NCS/AT

Boot statistics, shown by the NCS/AT's SHow BootStatistics command, are not
updated when the firmware configuration on a CS/2X00 is set for SLP boot
and the Comm Server is booted from an NCS/AT using SW/200-A/BSC/SDLC-NCS/AT
22030 or SW/200-TCP-NCS/AT 3.2 or earlier versions.

The problem does not occur with other Comm Servers that boot using the
two-stage boot involving both BTP to download the cs200l loader file and
then SLP to download the cs200t boot image and s.<Ethernet> file. The
SW/200 software works fine, and the CS/2X00 boots fine and works okay in
all other ways.

The problem occurs because the CS/2X00, when configured in firmware to
boot from the Network using SLP, ignores any loader option in the BInd
command on the NCS/AT. The first step in booting the CS/2X00 is
downloading the cs200[t|x] boot image using SLP boot protocol. In
contrast, a CS/200 using the same boot image, uses a two-stage boot
process. First, it makes a BTP request and the cs200l loader file is
downloaded, which then downloads the boot image cs200[t|x] using SLP.
It is during the BTP boot of cs200l that the boot is being detected and
the boot statistics updated by the NCS/AT.

If it is important that you have correct SHow BootStatistics output and
do not want to rely solely on SHow NetMap to determine if a CS/2X00 is up
and communicating with the NCS/AT, then change the firmware configuration
on the CS/2X00 from SLP to BTP boot.
