Title: Server Fails to Boot While Loading 3+Mail Version 1.3.2A

Problem: The server fails to boot while loading 3+Mail version 1.3.2A and
LASTBOOT (on 3Com 3Servers only) shows "not enough memory." Yet, in checking
the server configuration report, you can see that there is plenty of memory
left after all the services have been loaded.

Why will there be a memory problem if 3OPT shows enough memory? It is
because 3MAIL.EXE is compiled using the medium memory model, which uses a
single DOS segment for data. In the 3+Mail configuration, the Number of Mail
Server Processes (MSPROCS) has been set to the maximum number (10), and it
consumes memory which is beyond the DOS Segment limitation (64 KB).

To solve the problem, run 3OPT (in console mode on a 3Com 3Server, in DOS
mode on a PC server) and reduce the 3+Mail service MSPROCS number from
10 to 9.
