Title: Solution for "System Error while loading Minses12 or Setname"

Users may receive the message "System Error" while loading Minses12 or
Setname on workstations running full NetBIOS, then they cannot log in. This
happens randomly on various OEM workstations.

The problem may be caused by the Names and Nodes parameters in Locator
configuration being set too low. As a result, the Locator table is full and
will not accept additional NetBIOS names.

To check the Locator table, download LOCCHE.ZIP from the Ask3Com forum,
Non-Supported Utilities library, and unzip it using PKUNZIP. Inside is
a file called LOCCHECK.EXE. Run LOCCHECK.EXE on the Locator Server's Locator
table while all the users are on line. Compare the Names and Nodes reported
by LOCCHECK.EXE against the Locator server's Name and Nodes parameters. This
will probably confirm that the Locator table is filled to capacity (as
specified by the Locator configuration).

Once you have confirmed that the Names and Nodes parameters are set too low,
run 3OPT (in console mode if it is a 3Server) and increase the number of
Names and Buffers in the Locator configuration. Then reboot the server.
