To configure a 3+Route server and 3+Remote PC for use with Codex
2260 (9600 baud) modems, use the settings below.

WARNING: The Codex 2260 modem has not been tested by 3Com and is not
supported with 3+Route.  Use the settings at your own risk.


3+ Route Server Configuration:

   Modem Type:  Other
   Baud Rate:   9600
   Timeout:     5

Cable between the server and the device:  Standard 25-pin
straight-through cable.


3+ Remote PC Configuration:

   Line1:    ATDT <phone number>
   Timeout:  5
   Modem:    Other
   Speed:    9600
   Port:     <the COM port the modem is connected to>

Cable between the PC and the device:  Standard 25-pin straight-through
cable, or standard PC AT-to-modem cable.


Codex 2260 Modem Settings:

   Rate:           9.6K only
   Format:         AsynchData
   CharLen:        10
   DTR             108.1
   RTS             Normal
   RTS/CTS Delay:  0
   DCD:            Normal
   Overspeed:      1%
   Answer:         Ring 1
   DefDial:        Off
   Line:           Dial
   Mode:           Answer (on server), Originate (on Remote PC)
   Clock:          Internal
   AutoRetrain:    On
   Disconnect:     Local
