Title: New Version of TokenLink Driver
date: 11/15/89

Recently a new revision of the TokenLink (3C603) adapter was released.
The board allows you to set the interrupt and DMA by the settings on the
TOK603.SYS line in the CONFIG.SYS file. It also allows you to set
additional selections by jumper. The ability to set the parameters by
placing the desired options in CONFIG.SYS was not removed; the jumpers
were simply added for the new settings.

The new adapter board requires a new driver, dated 3/24/88, file size
10932. The driver is on the TokenLink Diagnostics diskette (P/N 3636-04)
that comes with the new board.

The driver distributed with 3+ 1.3.1 and 1.5, dated 9/27/88, file size
10623, will NOT work. For example, if you use the old driver, use
the new settings by jumper, and specify no parameters, the driver will
load, but the machine will not be able to communicate with the network.
If you try to specify the correct parameters on the TOK603.SYS line in
CONFIG.SYS, the driver will come back with the message "Initialization timed
out after successful reset."
