Internet addresses are 32-bit numbers, written as four octets
(in decimal); for example, 192.009.252.168.  The address indicates
both the Network Number and the Host Address, and are classified
into three groups:  A, B, and C.

The Class-A address uses only the first octet for Network Number.
Class-B uses the first two octets for Network Number, and Class-C
uses the first three octets for Network Numbers.  The remaining
octets in each class are for host addressing.

The range of valid Network Numbers for ESD products are shown below:

     CLASS                  Range of Network Number
       A                           001 - 126
       B                       128.001 - 191.254
       C                   192.001.001 - 223.254.254


If you do not use a Network Number within the specified
ranges your Communications Server could reject connection.
