To configure an IBC/M (P/N 06-0068-02) for baseband operation in a Fault
Tolerant environment you must change or remove jumpers as explained in
the following steps.

1. Set the lower right hand "bundle" (called the "broadband config area")
as listed below:

23-46 --> All removed (12 jumpers)
47-58 --> Installed (47-48, 49-50, 51-52, etc.)
61-64 --> Removed (2 jumpers)

2. Jumpers starting at 65 are three-pin selectable. The numbering is
diagrammed below. Follow the instructions next to the diagrams.

  67  70  73  76  79  82  60 Connect the UPPER pins together (65-67, ..)
  |   |   |   |   |   |   |  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
  65  68  71  74  77  80  59

  66  69  72  75  78  81     <====== These pins not connected.

                          84 Connect these pins (83-84)
                          |
                          83

3. Leave E20/21 connected (as shown in the IB Installation Guide, P/N
09-0107-02, pg 4-13).

4. Leave E94/95/96/97/98/99/105/106 connected. (Same table as above.)

5. On E100/101 (the "magic" pins), remove the jumper from this area and
you will have baseband operation.

6. Connect E102/103 (contrary to the documentation).

7. Set the interrupt level depending on slot position.

    Slot A: o o o o            Slot H: o o o o
    (Int 2)                    (Int 4)
            o o o o                    o o o o
                |                        |
            o o o o                    o o o o

    Slot G: o o o o            Slot F: o o o o
    (Int 5)   |                (Int 6)
            o o o o                    o o o o
                                       |
            o o o o                    o o o o

8. Set switch settings depending on slot position.

    Switch 1:       Slot A:   1 = on
                              2 = off
                              3 = off

                    Slot H:   1 = on
                              2 = on
                              3 = off

                    Slot G:   1 = on
                              2 = off
                              3 = on

                    Slot F:   1 = on
                              2 = on
                              3 = on

    Switch 2 is identical:    1 = on
    (-02)                     2 = off
                              3 = off
                              4 = off
                              5 = off
                              6 = off
                              7 = off
                              8 = off

9. Plug a SEEQ 8023A into the socket (@ U86), lower right, for baseband
operation. Remove it for broadband operation.
