Testing to determine the line speed needed to support 1-4 remote 3Stations
over IB/3 bridges was done with the following equipment:

   1 3+Start 1.3 on 3S/401 Server
   4 3Stations
   2 IB/3s with MCPU20-00J, IEC/M 512K-02A, SIO/V.35S-01G, SW/20-IB-2.0
   1 CBL-V35ME-25 cable for back-to-back connection

The layout consisted of the following:

                           Serial Line
       3+ Server ---- IB/3 ----/ /---- IB/3 ---- 3Station
                                                 3Station
                                                 3Station
                                                 3Station

The results were as follows:

Number of remote 3Stations powered on at once

           1 2 3 4

Line speed
   9.6K ~50:00* ** ** **

  19.2K 4:03 ** ** **

  38.4K 2:13 3:48 ** **

** This configuration was not tested.

The 3Station boots up over a 9.6 Kbps serial line, but it takes
about 50 minutes to display the "Login" message. 19.2 Kbps is the
reasonable minimum line speed to support a remote 3Station.
