Title: Fix for Net View NET2139 Error
date: 5/3/91

After installing LAN Manager 2.0 OS/2 client side software on a PC, it is
possible to set up the machine to perform a Net View of the servers on
the network. As long as the proper protocols are installed, a listing
of all servers on the network can be displayed on OS/2 1.2x and 1.3
netstations.

For this feature to work correctly, the "othdomains=" parameter in
LANMAN.INI must be set to the corresponding langroup name that all the
servers are using. The "mailslots=" parameter must also be set to Yes
to allow for the Net View command to work. If it is set to No, you will
see the following error: "NET2139: The requested information is not
available."

To find help on any NETxxxx error, you can type "help netxxxx" from the
OS/2 prompt of your concurrent server or OS/2 netstation. Information
about the error will be displayed on the screen.
