To create an OS/2 netstation without a diskette, follow these
steps:

1. Boot the 3S/401 so it is running as a server.

2. Install OS/2 on your proposed netstation.

3. Boot the netstation with the Netstation Utility diskette
provided with 3+Open.

4. Run WKSINITO program to set your netstation adapter and
reboot with the Netstation Utility Disk.

5. Log on as ADMIN.

6. NET USE a local drive ID (for example, Z:) to the server's
C$ sharename.

7. Change directories down to \3OPEN\SERVER\LANMAN\NETPROG.

8. Run NETSETUP and tell it you wish to install an OS/2
netstation. The source will be the drive you have linked to the
servers C$ (Z:) and the destination will be the local hard drive
(C:).

9. Remove the Netstation Utility diskette from the diskette
drive.

10. Reboot the netstation.
