Title: Possible Problem with EtherLink/SE Onboard Transceiver

On the EtherLink/SE adapter, it is possible for the onboard
transceiver to stop functioning if the mounting screw is too
tight. Even though the onboard transceiver can be enabled by the
control panel, it will appear that the board does not work. The
board will work if an external transceiver is used and the DIX
connection is enabled.

This problem occurs because the transceiver enable trace runs too
close to the mounting hole, which is a grounding connection.
When the nut that mounts the board to the bracket is tightened,
the star washer makes contact with the trace and may cut through
the solder mask and short to ground, disabling the transceiver.

To fix the problem, use a plain nut, or install an installation
washer between the nut and the board, or put tape over the trace
before installing the board. In a future release, the problem
will be permanently solved by moving the trace from the hole.
