Q: I recently connected an existing 3+workgroup to another
company's network. This other network as XNS routers (GS/3,
GS/300 or GS/1) already on it but they won't pass my traffic.
Why?

A: The 3+ network number must match the number defined on the XNS
router.

Use Sysgen to change the network number. (See the installation
guide for the router you have.) Coordinate changing the number
with the network administrators of the local network and of
networks that the routers connect to.

Remember to reboot all communications servers (CS/1, CS/200, etc.)
so they pick up the new network number via RIP broadcasts. Also
remember to change clearing house names on the communications
servers if needed.
