Title: 3+Open Start--Selecting Start Prompts and Default Start Volumes

The following information is not documented in the 3+Open Start Guide
(P/N 4698-00).

In 3+ and 3+Open Start, the user prompt for the start volume name is
controlled by the file PRMPT.ASC, located in the \3OPEN\3START subdirectory.
This file is in ASCII format and contains the two lines:

             ques1=off
             ques2=on

With ques2=on (the default value), users will see the prompt: 3+Start
Volume Name? To boot a specific Start volume, the user enters the volume
name.

With ques2=off, users see only the banner screen (if it has been enabled).
All 3Stations will automatically boot with the public volume called
3STATION unless this default has been overridden by the 3Station SETUP
program. All PC workstations with StartPROMs will boot from the public
volume called START.

By temporarily setting ques2=off, the network administrator can easily add
or modify files and applications within the volumes. (Note: The start
volume names 3STATION and START cannot be modified.)

Ques1 specifies whether EtherSeries Start is to be used. With 3+Open
Start this option is irrelevant, so it should remain ques1=off.
