Title: "Restart/Resume" Window Appears When Exiting FileMaker II

If FileMaker II is loaded from the network sharename after switch
launching, the "Restart/Resume" window appears when the user exits the
application, forcing the user to reboot the Macintosh. (If FileMaker
II is run from the local drive, it can be exited properly.)

There appears to be a problem in the handling of working directories
within the 3+ for Macintosh external file system on the client side.
The problem appears only when NetSwitch is used to switch launch to a
network volume. (Switch launching allows you to switch from using the
System Folder on the Macintosh workstation Startup diskette to using a
System Folder located in the root of a user's home directory.)

To work around the problem, create an empty folder such as "Filemaker
Temp" in the user's home directory. Apparently, the empty folder
tells FileMaker II where the System Folder is actually located.
