Here are some tips to remember when installing a Tandberg 150 MB tape unit
in a 3S/200-series server:

1. Remove the parity jumper in the back of the tape unit.

2. Place jumpers on 0,1, and 2 (Drive select jumpers) in the back
of the tape unit. This will correctly set the SCSI ID to 7.

3. Make sure there are terminating resistors inside the tape unit.
There should be three terminating resistors (RP4, RP3, RP2), visible
through the vents on top of the tape unit.

If you do not have terminating resistors, call 1-800-876-3COM and select
option 2 for the RMA department. The part number for the resistors is
4389-00.

When you install the resistors, make sure you do not insert them
backwards. Each has eight prongs. A dot on each resistor matches with
the first slot of the socket indicated on the bottom controller and marked
with "1".

Also see the instructions about terminating resistors in the Tape Backup
guide, page 2-12.
