Title: 1.2.1 Maxess 3270 sessions through Menus
date: 6/5/89

To execute Maxess 3270 sessions through 3+Menus using 3C501 and
3C503 adapters, turn off the "hotkey" option, under 3270 in
the Workstation Configuration Program (WCP). Otherwise, after
Maxess (~300 KB) loads onto the workstation, 3+Menus (~200 KB)
tries to load, but cannot because of insufficient memory.

Once you turn off the "hotkey" option in the WCP, you will not
be able to perform file transfers (which are done by hotkeying
to DOS and executing file transfer commands).

You will now automatically get the Maxess screen when executing
it through 3+Menus (you will not have to Hit ALT-+). Also,
upon finishing the Maxess 3270 sessions (Alt-X), the 3270 program
automatically unloads. However, Maxess Multi-tasking
Scheduler (MMS) and NetBIOS Resident Interface (NBRI) do not
unload (~50 KB). You will have to use the Maxess UNLOAD command
to free up this memory.
