With the SSS upgrades to 1.2.2 some people have been getting "int 15"
when it trys to load ELF (External Literal Facility). This is because
they didn't load the new system diskettes.

3Plus results in applications with large amounts of literals (error
messages, prompts, informational text...) to output to the user. ELF
provides a means of placing a program's text literals external to the
compiled and linked program in such a manner that these literals can
still be accessed by the program efficiently. ELF is only supported with
the 3BIO.EXE which is on the new 3s200 System diskettes (system #2).

Maybe when the people see "3s/200" on the system disk, they think
it shouldn't be installed on a 3svr3. For whatever reason, if
they start with system diskette #1; execute install; it'll do
the rest for them. Here are the sizes and the dates for the old and new
3BIOS and 3DOS files.
          Old: 3BIO.COM 13214 11-03-86
               3DOS.COM 27376 5-15-85

          New: 3BIO.EXE 13646 2-08-88
               3DOS.COM 27872 12-10-87
