There are a couple of ways to get 3ICM running on the OS/2 workstation.
The first way requires a NET USE to the server:

1. Create a subdirectory called \3open\3icm on the OS/2 netstation's hard
disk.

2. Copy 3icm.hlp and helpcow.msg from the \3icm directory on the 3+Open
Internet diskette to the netstation's \3open\3icm directory.

3. Copy icmapi.dll from the \netlib subdirectory on the 3+Open Internet
diskette to the \3open\os2wrksta\lanman\netlib on the netstation.

4. Link to the server's \3open\3icm subdirectory, where you will find
3icm.exe. Using the linked drive as the active drive, you can run 3icm.

The second method is similar, but does not require a NET USE before executing
the program. It copies all files needed to the OS/2 netstation.

1. Create a \3open\3icm subdirectory on the OS/2 netstation.

2. Copy 3icm.hlp and helpcow.msg from the server's \3open\3icm subdirectory
to the netstation's \3open\3icm subdirectory.

3. Copy 3icm.exe from the server's \3open\3icm subdirectory to the
netstation's \3open\3icm subdirectory.

4. Copy icmapi.dll from the server's \3open\servr\lanman\netlib subdirectory
to the netstation's \3open\os2wksta\lanman\netlib. Now you can execute 3icm
or 3icm admin from the netstation's \3open\3icm subdirectory.
