Title: Pinouts for LaserWriter, LaserWriter hints

The install manual for 3+Mac 1.2 is incorrect regarding protocol
when installing Apple LaserWriter to a 3Server3.

The install manual calls for you to use #4 HARDWARE and XON/XOFF.
When we installed the printer in this manner with an HP LaserJet
cable it would only spool the print jobs after you shut down the
server and re-booted. Note we read the release notes and found
the it talked about using protocol #3 with the old LaserWriter
and said to use #4 with the new units.

We then changed the protocol to #3 HARDWARE and everything worked.

The Cabling pinouts we suggest are:

            1 --- 1
            2 --- 3
            3 --- 2
            5-
              | - 20
            6-
            7 --- 7

A cable using these pinouts with a LaserWriter Plus off of a
3+ for Mac Server should work using both options 3 and 4.

If you initialize a port with a reset sequence, and later
want to change that sequence to none (which is what it must
be for a PostScript printer), even though 3+Install tells you
that it is gone it is not. This will be solved in the next
release, but can be worked around by deleting the 3Share.NSP
file and resetting your Share parameters through 3+Install.
Note: doing this will wipe out ALL of your Share parameters so
write them down and rename 3Share.NSP so that if you need to
you can go back.
