The following are error message meanings and little tidbits
regarding Mac:

INTERNAL DRIVER ERROR
Type 5
ID -95

Documented in "3+for Macintosh version 1.2 installation and
Administration Release Notes", Page 11.

In a nutshell: Click on OK. Delete the 3+Prep file in the boot System
folder and create a new 3+Prep file by going into the chooser and do a
"save as startup" in the status box.

Viewing or searching in the network window and getting garbage:

32k is the limit that the Macintosh can see at one time. The item that
you were looking at, most likely has more than 32k of info. This is a
problem on our network right now. HQ has more than 43k of aliases, so a
Macintosh cannot read it. The screen will be garbage. This will also
happen with a PC if the info is over 64k.

Large graphic print jobs will not print:

Increase the buffer size in the printer configuration. It defaults to
512k.

Unable to print an "aldus" file:

Make sure that the user is selecting "Apple Driver" and NOT "Aldus
Driver" in the printer options. This is documented in our 3+Share for
Macintosh User guide, Page 3-6.

Using a Kinetics Etherport/SE adapter and unable to boot up. The server
icon is crossed out and the Macintosh just beeps:

The user software for the adapter has not been installed properly. This
software is supplied with the adapter card and NOT our software package.
The user must have "Ethertalk", "network" and "EtherPort/SE" in the boot
disks System Folder. And the user must select "Ethertalk" in the control
panel and NOT "Built-in".
