Title: Partitioning Drive C on 3+Mac Server

Some people have been having problems dealing with 3+Mac server
partitions larger than 32 MB. A problem was encountered by QA
when partition C was formatted with a sector size of 2048 (all
other 3disk parameters were default values). They were unable to add
more than two users to C:. The exception returned from Share was
no space on share server (smb extended cmd=7,class=4,error=9).

This occurred from both PC and Mac clients. We also tried it with MacFS
deinstalled without any luck. Both PCs and Macs didn't show any signs of
problems with file and directory management and there appeared to be plenty of
free space.

Drive C should always have 512 byte sectors just to make DOS
work.

Try these tests on drives D-Z, but NOT on C.
