Here is a collection of command key short-cuts for use with MacMail.

If you reply to a message with the 'include message in reply' option
off, command-M will put the message in the reply.

If you are in the Paste Names dialog, command-B (bump) will toggle you
between the to: and cc: fields.

While composing a message, command-Tab will always take you to the next
field (header field or message field).

Command-Option About... will show you the entire MacMail product team.

When replying to or forwarding a message, Command-Y will put
all the users from the messages CC field into the CC field of your reply
(similar to the F5 key on the PC when you are replying to a message).

For those of you with multiple folders in MacMail, try pressing
Command-H. This Home command will take you back to your default folder
with a single keystroke.

Page B-7 of the 3+Mac Mail Guide contains even more of these useful
shortcuts. A few others worth knowing: Command and the arrow keys work
the same as click on the arrow icons, and Command-U adds your name to
the CC field when composing a message.
