The High-Level Language Application Programming Interface (HLLAPI)
version supported by Maxess does not support all features of the
Function 13.

Function 13 Indicator Usage contains a total string of 103 bytes called
the Operator Information Area or OIA. The OIA data contains several
groups of bit-flags that indicate the current state of the session.

Maxess does not use the Image group because it does not create a graphic
status line. The first 80 bytes would represent a graphical image
of the status line (line 25), thus they are zeroed out.

After byte 80 the Group indicators present the same status line
information, except that it is in symbolic form. Instead of looking for
graphic characters you look for a specific value; for example, byte 88 = 30
represents a machine check. Maxess supports this for bytes 81 to 102.
These indicators deal with such variables as on-line and screen ownership,
character selection, highlight, color groups, and autokeying.
