Title: Stopping/Restarting Locator Clears Remote NetBIOS Names

Problem: Locators don't age out remote NetBIOS entries from nodes of other
networks. This can lead, not only to large Locator tables, but problems
such as being locked out of a network because a user accidentally
entered the wrong NetBIOS name via REMSERV and did not do a 3NB CLEAR
to delete the entry in the remote Locator table. Also, there is
no way to rid remote NetBIOS entries from a Locator if the original
machine that did the REMSERV is not known or available.

Workaround: 3Com is aware of the problem with Locators not aging remote
NetBIOS entries, an hopes to address this in a future release of 3+Open. In
the meantime, you can NET STOP and NET START the Locator service to clear
the "ghost" entries.
