Typing 3nb help clear <enter> will result in the following
display:

3NB CLEAR Command:

The 3NB CLEAR command is used to clear a NetBIOS name
that has been previously SET or ADDed. Use either the specific
NetBIOS name, or * for all names. Use 3NB CLEAR ? to be
prompted.

The fourth line " previously SET or ADDed." is incorrect.
From reading older pre-alpha code and documentation the SET
and ADD routines were going to be used. INSTEAD the release
copy of software uses REG or REGISTER and USE commands. These
three commands REGISTER/USE/CLEAR are all a part of
internetting of NetBIOS. The current NetBIOS Supplement describes
this command correctly.
